Is your band looking for exposure in the Baltimore, Washington DC, Annapolis,
and the greater metropolitan area of Maryland! Well here is your
band's chance! PJMA has joined partners with MusicWorkz Live of Baltimore
to put together a new cable TV show called "A State of Rock" featuring the bands of our alliance. Each concert
will be based on 30 minutes of music performance by the band and 15 minutes
interview of the band.
|
 |
After the live performance the concert will be
edited and produced for broadcast on the Public Access Cable TV Network
which services millions of subscribers in the metropolitan area of
Maryland. The programming will follow a "MTV" type
format, with multiple reruns of the concert throughout the month.
The name of the concert series is "A State of Rock" and cable channel
and network
will be announced for each broadcast of the show. |
|
We have monthly plans for the concert
on the third Sunday of each month from 4 to 8 PM.
The monthly themes were setup based on the current styles of alliance band
members which includes metal, hardcore, punk, EMO, alternative and
independent styles of music. PMJA is looking to expand the styles of music
to encompass all types. Please feel contact us and let us know what
style your band plays and we will make adjustments in our live concerts and Cable TV concert
theme plans to include your band's style of music. |
 |
| The recordings will occur at at My Brothers Place in Waldorf.
Currently, the Showtime Theater has a series of high profile events that
have rented the facility so all the shows as of April are being
relocated to My Brothers Place.
We are in need of video editors for the concerts. We have
access to video editing software but with a monthly recording schedule
we are in need of technical people who will volunteer their time to
splice together the video captured at the recording of the Bands. |
