The Carver Recreation Center is the renovated  George Washington Carver Elementary School.  The building is located at the end of the Lincoln Avenue on the right/north.  The facility has a large multipurpose (gym/stage) auditorium, and numerous smaller rooms (former class rooms, multi-media room, etc).   The St Marys County Recreation, Parks and Community Services operates the facility.
