   Our regional Six Flags "America" (SFA) in Largo Maryland has opened their outdoor stages for performance by local talent.  They call the concert series "Live and Local"  The artists can be any type of entertainment provide it is family friendly, this includes but not limited to musical groups, dancers, speakers, magicians, marshal artist, etc. 

   In return for performing at the SFA, all band members and 4 staff will be allowed in the park for free with free parking day of the performance.  When the group is not performing, they can enjoy all open attractions in the park.

   The park has
two stages for Live & Local performances.  The Celebration Stage is located in the center of the park and Sunset Stage is located in Hurricane Harbor (water park) by the wave pool.   Detailed Show info is available by download from the Artist Info Document

  
There are two Live & Local options:

        1.  Bands can arrange to perform on a stage for one day, the Bands must play a
minimum of 2 hours, recommend 4 sets, each 30 minutes long, spread out during the time the park is open.  The bands must provide their own Sound System & Sound Engineer.

        2 
PJMA  has reserved dates to provide a sound system and production crew for approved bands.  Bands approved for the program will be required to play 1 to 2, 30 minute sets depending upon the park schedule and number of bands who join the program.  A typical schedule will handle a maximum of 6 performance slots (30 minutes each).

Approved bands utilizing PJMA sound are required to sign and return  a PJMA agreement,  All approved bands will receive performance confirmation from Six Flags America too and be asked to sign Six Flags America’s Live & Local performance agreement.  You can find more information about Six Flags America at www.sixflags.com/america
